LEGAL NOTICE T-Mobile is proposing the collocation of antennas at 73.5-ft AGL within a proposed 77.2-ft AGL overall replacement stealth cross equipment shroud located at 920 Euclid Avenue, within the City of Syracuse, within Onondaga County, New York. T-Mobile seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential significant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1307, including potential impacts to historic or cultural resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
