NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS MOUNT PLEASANT CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that SEALED PROPOSALS for: RFP #2026-001: Special Education Related Services will be received until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026, at the Business Office of the Mount Pleasant Central School District, located at 825 Westlake Drive Thornwood, NY 10594; (914) 769-5500. All proposals will be publicly opened and read at said time and place. In the event that on May 8, 2026, the Mount Pleasant Central School District Administrative Offices are closed due to weather or any other emergency, proposals will be due at 10:00 a.m. on the next day that the District Administrative Offices are open for business. Specifications and forms may be obtained at www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york or from the District Business Office beginning April 2, 2026. All addenda will be transmitted to registered specifications holders and posted to www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york. Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the proposer on the outside, addressed to: ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, MOUNT PLEASANT CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT and clearly marked on the outside with the opening date and "RFP #2026-001: Special Education Related Services". The Mount Pleasant Central School District is not responsible for proposals opened prior to the opening if the proposal number and opening date do not appear on the envelope. The proposer assumes the risk of any delay in the mail, or in the handling of the mail by employees of the Mount Pleasant Central School District, as well as improper hand delivery. Electronic proposals may be submitted via email to mmodugno@mtplcsd.org. All electronic proposals must be clearly marked as described above. The Mount Pleasant Central School District reserves the right to waive any informalities in the proposals, or to reject all proposals, or to accept any proposal which in the opinion of the Board will be to their best interest.
