ERIE COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 23, 2026 the Town Board approved and authorized the Supervisor to execute a Grant of Easement, and any related documents, from the Town of Tonawanda to Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation and Verizon New York, Inc. for any necessary facilities for the transmission and distribution of high and low voltage electric current and the transmission of intelligence and communication purposes, for public and private use in, upon, over, under and across a portion of Town-owned land located at 2400 Elmwood Avenue, and more particularly described in the Grant of Easement attached hereto, in connection with Job 3045.1 - Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, SUBJECT TO A PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM Marguerite Greco, Town Clerk Town of Tonawanda, N.Y.
