Notice Concerning the Examination

of Assessment Inventory and Valuation Data

(Pursuant to Section 501 of the Real Property Tax Law)




Notice is hereby given that the assessment inventory and valuation data is available for examination and review. This data is the information that will be used to establish the assessment roll for the Town of Tonawanda,

to be filed on or before May 1.




The Information may be reviewed at the Assessor’s Office at the Kenmore-Tonawanda Municipal Building by appointment only, or on the Assessor's Webpage at https://www.tonawanda.ny.us/government/assessor.html. Appointments can be scheduled via phone (716) 877-8811 during business hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM or by email at jmurphy@tonawanda.ny.us
