Legal Notice # 21928756 PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE OF COOPERATIVE APARTMENT 5uBY VIRTUE OF DEFAULT of a security agreement originally executed on February 23, 2006 by Carlise Cornelius and in accordance with its rights as holder of the security, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation as Trustee for the benefit of the Freddie Mac Season Risk Transfer Trust, Series 2020-3, by Matthew D. Mannion Licensed Auctioneer DCA # 1434494 or John O'Keefe License Auctioneer DCA ##2103965 of Mannion Auctions, LLC, Auctioneer, will conduct a public sale of the security consisting of 232 shares of Valley Park Estates Owners Corp., a New York Corporation, and all right title and interest in and to a proprietary lease to Unit 1 in a building known as and by the street address, 955 Fenwood Drive, Valley Stream, NY 11580, together with fixtures and articles of personal property now or hereafter affixed to or used in connection with Unit 1 on April 13, 2026 at 12:00 PM, on the north front steps, facing Old Country Road, of the Nassau County Courthouse, located at 262 Old Country Road, Mineola, NY, in satisfaction of an indebtedness in the principal amount of $164,122.07 (inclusive of a deferred principal balance of $38,546.61) from the date of default of June 1, 2024, subject to open common charges.
