The foregoing Supplemental Summons is served upon you by publication, pursuant to an order of HON. Kyle C. McGovern of the Supreme Court Of The State Of New York, dated the Sixteenth day of March, 2026 and filed with the Complaint in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Orange, in the City of Goshen. The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below, executed by Marius Schwerberg (who died on September 10, 2023, a resident of the county of Orange, State of New York) dated the June 10, 2017, to secure the sum of $262,500.00 and recorded at Book 11229, Page 1529 in the Office of the Orange County Clerk on October 15, 2003. The consolidated mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed May 16, 2017 and recorded on July 7, 2017, in the Office of the Orange County Clerk at Book 14254, Page 665. Plaintiff is also holder of a mortgage dated June 10, 2017 executed by Marius Schwerberg to secure the sum of $6,503.05 and recorded at Book 14254, Page 667 in the Office of the Orange County Clerk on July 7, 2017. Said mortgage was consolidated with the mortgage referred to at Book 11229, Page 1529 by a Consolidation, Extension and Modification Agreement executed by Marius Schwerberg dated June 10, 2017 and recorded July 7, 2017 at Book 14254, Page 685 in the Office of the Orange County Clerk to form a single lien in the amount of $174,200.00. The consolidated mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed July 24, 2024 and recorded on July 31, 2024, in the Office of the Orange County Clerk at Book 15602, Page 930. The property in question is described as follows: 26 Loch Lane, Walden, NY 12586 NOTICE YOU ARE IN DANGER OF LOSING YOUR HOME If you do not respond to this summons and complaint by serving a copy of the answer on the attorney for the mortgage company who filed this Foreclosure proceeding against you and filing the answer with the court, a default judgment may be entered and you can lose your home. Speak to an attorney or go to the court where your case is pending for further information on how to answer the summons and protect your property.
