CHEMUNG COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLICATION Notice is hereby given that Articles of Organization of 131 S MONROE ESTATE LLC were filed with the New York Department of State on or about the 19th day of January, 2026. The County in which the office of LLC is to be located is Chemung County. The Secretary of State has been designated as agent of the LLC upon whom process against it may be served. The post office address to which the Secretary of State shall mail a copy of any process against it served upon him or her is 200 Strops Road, Waverly, NY 14892. The purpose of the business of the LLC is to perform or engage in any and all business activities as authorized pursuant to the New York Limited Liability Company law.
