NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LOCAL LAW NO. _1 OF 2026 TO EXTEND A MORATORIUM RELATED TO LARGE-SCALE SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEMS AND LARGE-SCALE BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS IN THE TOWN OF WEST BLOOMFIELD. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a proposed Local Law is under consideration by Town Board of the Town of West Bloomfield, New York, designated as Local Law No. 1 of 2026 to extend a moratorium related to large-scale solar energy systems and large-scale battery energy storage systems. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that said proposed Local Law will extend the existing moratorium on the consideration of, application for, and construction and operation of large-scale solar energy systems and large-scale battery energy storage systems in the Town of West Bloomfield for an additional six months, until September 11, 2026. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said proposed Local Law is on file in the West Bloomfield Town Clerk’s Office located at 9097 Daylight Drive, West Bloomfield, New York, where it is available for public inspection during regular business hours. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that a Public Hearing upon said proposed Local Law has been scheduled for the 11th day of March 2026, at 7:00 PM, to be held by the West Bloomfield Town Board at the Town Hall, 9097 Daylight Drive, West Bloomfield, New York.
