VILLAGE OF WEST HAVERSTRAW NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Village Board of the Village of West Haverstraw will hold a public hearing at Village Hall, 130 Samsondale Avenue, West Haverstraw, New York 10993, on the 15th day of April 2026, at 7 p.m., to consider the adoption of a Local Law, amending Village Code Chapter 201, Articles I, II and III (“Solid Waste and Littering”) relating to the preparation and collection of solid waste, recyclables, and similar such items within the Village. At the time of the public hearing, all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. A copy of the complete text of the proposed law, together with other, related documents, is available for inspection at Village Hall during regular business hours, and online at westhaverstraw.gov.
