Name of Project: Hampton West Town Park Core Preservation Area Hardship Application Applicant/Owner: Southampton Town Project Site Suffolk County Tax Map Number: 900-308-4-1.3 Project Site Location: 700 Stewart Avenue, Westhampton, Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, NY Project Description: Request for a Core Preservation Area Hardship Waiver to construct a restroom building and innovative alternative sanitary system, reconfigure the sports courts and expand the parking lot on the 17 acre site of a Town park in the CR 200 zoning district.
