PUBLIC NOTICE LOCAL LAW No. 1 – 2026 • "A LOCAL LAW authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into a second amendment to the sublease with the Westchester County Health Care Corporation for a space at Cedarwood Hall and to enter into a second amendment to the sublease for the space at Cedarwood Hall to the Westchester Institute for Human Development." A Local Law, the description of which is cited above, was adopted by the Westchester County Board of Legislators in a session on March 23, 2026. This Local Law, Local Law No. 1 - 2026 (formerly Local Law Intro No. 2026 – 16), has an effective date of March 25, 2026.
