Adrian Jessome LLC (the “LLC”) filed Application for Authority to do Business under Section 802 of the Limited Liability Company Law with the Secretary of State (“SOS”) on February 3, 2026. The LLC was formed in the State of Florida on March 2, 2016. The LLC will be located in this State c/o Stamm Law Firm, 250 International Drive, Williamsville, NY in the County of Erie. The SOS has been designated as agent of the LLC upon whom process against it may be served and SOS shall mail a copy of any process served upon him or her to Adrian Jessome LLC at 362 Massalina Drive, Panama City, FL 32401.
