LEGAL NOTICE: VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE PUBLIC HEARING ANNUAL MS4 STORMWATER REPORT AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM PLAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Yorkville Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 7th at 6:00 PM at the Village Board Room, 30 Sixth Street, Yorkville, NY 13495, to present and receive public comment on the draft 2025-2026 Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Annual Report and the updated Stormwater Management Program Plan (SWMPP). The Village of Yorkville is required by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) to submit an LEgal by June 1 of each year, summarizing activities from March 10 to March 9.
