PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that proposals for CD- TA-FAC 238-2000 ventative Maintenance Contract for HVAC and Mechanical Equipment are due no later than 1:00PM on May 7, 2026. Proposals should be ad- dressed to Stacy San- sky, Director of Procure- ment, Capital District Transportation Author- ity, 110 Watervliet Av- enue, Albany, New York 12206. Each proposal must be prepared and submitted in accor- dance with the proposal instructions. There will be a site visit on April 16, 2026 at 11:00AM EST. The site visit will be at CDTA 110 Watervliet Ave Albany, NY 12206. All in- terested proposers are strongly encouraged to attend this important site visit. Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to start time to sign in and receive a name badge in compliance with secu- rity protocol. Questions regarding this Request for Propos- als are to be submitted IN WRITING to Stacy Sansky, Director of Pro- curement (sdsansky@ cdta.org) NO LATER than 11:00 AM on April 20, 2026.
