CDTA FAC 237-2000 On Call (Term) Engineers are due no later than 1:00PM EST on April 9, 2026. Proposals should be addressed to Stacy Sansky, Director of Pro- curement, Capital Dis- trict Transportation Au- thority, 110 Watervliet Avenue, Albany, York 12206. Each pro- posal must be prepared and submitted in accor- dance with the proposal instructions. Questions regarding this Request for Propos- als are to be submitted IN WRITING to Stacy Sansky, Director of Pro- curement (sdsansky@ cdta.org) NO LATER than 11:00 AM EST on March 16, 2026.

It is the intention of CDTA to negotiate for a contract based upon proposals it receives, but CDTA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
