LEGAL NOTICE THE AVERILL PARK SAND LAKE FIRE DIS- TRICT # 2, REQUEST FOR CARE BIDS LAWN The Averill Park - Sand Lake Fire District #2, invites the submission of sealed bids for lawn care for the 2026 sea- son. Requests for copies of the bid specifications and any questions shall be directed to the Dis- trict Secretary at APFD- Board@gmail.com. Sealed bid proposals must be received by 6:00 pm on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026 in the format specified. Proposals are to be submitted to: Averill Park - Sand Lake Fire District # 2, 2026 Lawn Care Bid Proposal, PO Box 116, Averill Park, NY 12018. Proposals will be opened and the pro- posed prices read aloud during the regularly scheduled Board of Fire Commissioners Meet- ing held on April 14th, 2026.
