LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF JOINT PUB- LIC HEARING NOTICE of IS HEREBY GIVEN that a joint pub- lic hearing will be held by the Planning Board and Zoning Board Appeals of the Town of Brunswick at 6:00pm on Monday, March 16, 2026 at the Brunswick Town Hall, 336 Town Office Road, Brunswick, New York, to review the ap- plication for a site plan amendment submitted to the Planning Board and the area variance application submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals by Zafer Ak, concerning the modifi- cation of a commercial structure into a Golden Grain Pizza restaurant with outdoor seating, on property located at 585 Hoosick Road. The application ma- terials are on file at the Town of Bruns- wick offices located at 336 Town Office Road, Brunswick, New York and are available for in- spection during regular business hours. All interested persons will be heard at the pub- lic hearing.
