LEGAL NOTICE of Notice of Intent to re- quest designation Brownfield Opportunity Area. The City of Kingston is hereby providing Notice of Intent to nominate 471 acres in Midtown Kingston in the Brown- field Opportunity Areas (BOA) Program to the New York State, Depart- ment of State for offi- cial designation. Suc- cessful designation of the Midtown Kingston BOA will make available additional Brownfield Tax Credits for eligible projects, and give proj- ect grant financ- ing applications prior- ity and preference from state, federal and local agencies as allowed by law.
