LEGAL NOTICE At Notice is hereby given that ANDREW APREA is to appear before the Honorable David M. Gandin, Justice of the Supreme Court, Ulster County on APRIL 10, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at the ULSTER County Su- preme Courthouse, lo- cated at 285 Wall Street, Kingston, New York, as the Respondent in an Extreme Risk Protection Order application. the hearing, the parties shall have an opportu- nity to be heard, give testimony, call witness- es, and offer evidence to assist the Court in determining if a final Extreme Risk Protection Order will be issued, thereby suspending the right to own, access, or attempt to own or access firearms for a period of 12 months. The respondent may request a later hear- ing date to prepare for the hearing. To request a later hearing date, the respondent must contact the court (845- 481-9375) BEFORE the scheduled hearing date above..
