LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF HEARING ZONING BOARD OF AP- PEALS VILLAGE OF RED HOOK, NEW YORK 7467 SOUTH BROAD- WAY, RED HOOK, NY 12571 (845) 758-4718 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Village of Red Hook, New York, will hold a hearing on the applica- tion of: NAME: Christie Billeci, C.W.B. Architect on be- half of Eccles (owner) ADDRESS: Broadway, 7449 South Red Hook, New York 12571 for an Area Variance ap- plication for property located at 7449 South Broadway, Red Hook, NY listed under Tax Par- cel ID: 6272-10-385673 seeking relief from Section 200-9-D-(9) for front yard setback. Property is located in the General Business District but applicant is required to follow regu- lations of the Residen- tial District (R10,000) since property abuts residential district, Ap- plicant is seeking to in- stall an inground pool and pool house which would require applicant to seek a change in side yard setbacks (as cor- ner lots are considered to be 2 front yards) to go from 55 feet to 39.25 feet per Zoning Section 200-9-D-(5). Said Board will at said time hear all persons in support of such mat- ter or any objections thereto during the public hearing at 7467 South Broadway in or- der of appearance on the agenda.
