The foregoing Supplemental Sum- mons is served upon you by publication, pursuant to an order of HON. Richard J. McNally, Jr. of the Supreme Court Of The State Of New York, dated the Twenty-Sixth day of February, 2026 and filed with the Complaint in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Rensselaer, in the City of Troy. The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below dated Janu- ary 10, 2022, executed by Ashleigh Ryan and Lloyd Dillon to secure the sum of $128,250.00. The Mort- gage was recorded at Book 9931, Page 236 in the Office of the Rensselaer County Clerk on February 7, 2022. The mortgage was subsequently modified by a Deferral Agreement on March 5, 2025. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an as- signment executed August 1, 2025 and recorded on August 4, 2025, in the Office of the Rensselaer County Clerk at Book 11028, Page 72. The property in question is described as follows: 22 Harrison Avenue, Rensselaer, NY 12144 HELP FOR HOME- OWNERS IN FORECLOSURE NEW YORK STATE LAW REQUIRES THAT WE SEND YOU THIS NOTICE ABOUT THE FORECLOSURE PROCESS.
