Planning Board Notice of Public Hearing The Town of Rhinebeck Plan- ning Board shall con- duct a Public Hearing on April 20, 2026 at 6:05 p.m., or as soon there- after as may be heard on the application by Geraldine & Lawrence Laybourne for Site Plan amendment and Special Use Permit under Town Code Chapter 125, Sec- tion 125-72 and 125-67 for changes to the ap- proved Site Plan to pro- vide a full basement, undertake earthwork
