LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF BOND RESOLUTIONS SUBJECT TO PERMIS- SIVE REFERENDUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV- EN that the Town Board of the Town of Roches- ter, Ulster County, New York, at a meeting held on Feb- ruary 26, 2026, duly adopted the following resolutions (abstracts of which are published herewith) each subject to a permissive referen- dum. BOND DATED 2026. RESOLUTION FEBRUARY 26, A RESOLUTION AUTHO- RIZING, SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFEREN- DUM, THE ISSUANCE OF $80,000 BONDS OF THE TOWN OF ROCHESTER, ULSTER COUNTY, NEW YORK, TO PAY PART OF THE COST OF THE PUR- CHASE OF HIGHWAY EQUIPMENT IN AND FOR SAID TOWN. The period of probable usefulness of such spe- cific object or purpose is 15 years pursuant to subdivision 28 of paragraph a of Section 11.00 of the Lo- cal Finance Law. Such resolution pledges the full faith and credit of the Town to the pay- ment of the obliga- tions authorized to be issued and delegates to the Supervisor, the Chief Fiscal Officer, the power to authorize the issuance of and to sell such obligations. Addi- tionally, such resolution contains the estoppel clause provided for by Section 80.00 of the Lo- cal Finance Law and authorizes such reso- lution, after taking ef- fect to be published in summary form in the official newspaper, to- gether with a notice of the Town Clerk, in sub- stantially the form pro- vided in Section 81.00 of the Local Finance Law.
