A Public Hear- ing will be held for an Area Variance applica- tion for Salvatore Pez- zolla, 166 Chamberlin Hill Road, West Sand Lake, NY 12196. Map #168.-4-53.2 to obtain Area Variance for a new structure closer than 75' from front setback.
