NOTICE OF ANNUAL DISTRICT MEETING AND REGISTRATION OF VOTERS Enlarged City School District of the City of Saratoga Springs Saratoga County, New York

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing of the qualified voters of the Saratoga Springs Enlarged City School District, Saratoga County, Saratoga Springs, New York, will be held in the Meade (Teaching) Auditorium of the High School in said District on May 7, 2026, at 6:30 PM prevailing time, for the presentation of the budget. Copies of the tentative budget are avail- able at the school's District Office, on the school website, and at the Sara- toga Springs Public Library. The budget will also be available at each school in the district during business hours except Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays for the fourteen (14) days immediately preceding the budget vote. The Board of Education of the Enlarged City School District of the City of Saratoga Springs, New York, HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that the annual meet- ing of the qualified voters of said school district will be held at the places in each School District election hereinafter set forth on the 19th day of May 2026 at 7:00 a.m., prevailing time, for the purpose of voting by voting ma- chine upon the planned propositions hereinafter set forth. Polls for the pur- pose of voting will be kept open between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., prevailing time.

AND NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the election of members of the Board of Education will be held at the same time and place.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that two propositions in substantially the fol- lowing form shall be presented to the qualified voters of the District at such Annual District Meeting and Election:

PROPOSITION ONE - SCHOOL DISTRICT BUDGET

YES or NO

SHALL the Board of Education of the Enlarged City School District of the City of Saratoga Springs, New York, be authorized to expend the sums set forth in the 2026-2027 Annual Budget and to levy the necessary tax therefor? PROPOSITION TWO - SCHOOL BUS AND VEHICLE BOND PROPOSITION YES or NO

SHALL the Bond Resolution of the Enlarged City School District of the City of Saratoga Springs, New York, entitled: "Bond Resolution of the Enlarged City School District of the City of Saratoga Springs, New York, adopted March 26, 2026, authorizing the acquisition of various school buses and vehicles; stating the estimated total cost thereof is $2,413,000; appropriating said amount therefor, and authorizing the issuance of $2,413,000 serial bonds of said District to finance said appropriation," BE APPROVED? AND NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that a copy of the statement of the amount of money which will be required for school purposes for the school year com- mencing July 1, 2026 exclusive of public moneys, may be obtained by any taxpayer in the district during the fourteen (14) days immediately preceding the Annual Meeting, except Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays, at any of the schoolhouses of the district where children attend during school hours. AND NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that petitions nominating candidates for the office of a member of the Board of Education must be filed with the Clerk of the District no later than April 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. E.D.S.T.

District voters will be voting for three (3) Board of Education vacancies. Individuals seeking election to said Board must submit a petition with a minimum of 100 signatures from district residents. Petitions are available at the District Administrative Offices,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to §§2014 and 2606 of the Education Law, personal registration of voters is required, and no person shall be en- titled to vote at said meeting whose name does not appear on the register of said school district or who does not register as herein after provided. The District Clerk shall prepare a register for said annual district meeting, except that the register prepared at the last annual meeting or election shall be used as the basis therefor and shall include all persons who shall have been previously registered hereunder for any annual or special district meeting or election held or conducted at any time within four years prior to the preparation of said register.

AND NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that applications for absentee and/or early mail ballots for the election of Board members and vote upon all other matters to be voted upon on May 19, 2026, may be obtained from the office of the Dis- trict Clerk, 3 Blue Streak Boulevard, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Completed applications must be received by the District Clerk at least seven days be- fore the election if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, or the day before the election, if the ballot is to be delivered personally to the voter. Ballots will be available May 1, 2026, from the office of the District Clerk. Ballots must be received by the District Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m., prevailing time, on May 19, 2026. A list of all persons to whom absentee and early mail ballots have been issued will be available in said office on each of the five (5) days immediately preceding the Annual Meeting, except Saturdays and Sundays, and shall also be present at each polling place on the day of said Meeting.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Registration of the Enlarged City School District of the City of Saratoga Springs, New York shall meet at 3 Blue Streak Boulevard, Saratoga Springs, New York, on May 5, 2026 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for the purpose of preparing the school district registers for said annual district meeting and any person shall be entitled to have his/her name placed upon such register, provided that at such meeting of the Board of Registration, he/she is known or proven to the satisfaction of such Board of Registration to be then or thereafter entitled to vote at the annual district meeting to be held on May 19, 2026. AND NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the place in each election district where special district meeting will be held, including a description of each election district, is as follows:
