LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Housing Au- thority of Saratoga Springs, New York, in- vites sealed bids for the following contract: JEFFERSON SENIOR APARTMENT BATH- ROOM RENOVATIONS PHASE 1 - Sealed (hardcopy only) bids will be received by the Executive Director on April 27th, 2026 at 9:30 AM, at which time bids shall be publicly opened and read at the Office of the Executive Director located at 1 South Federal Street, Saratoga New York Springs, 12866. There will be a Pre-Bid walk through for this project on April 16th at 1:00 PM. Contrac- tors to meet at the Jef- ferson Senior Apart- ments Building #25. The project is located in Saratoga Springs, New York and work shall be in accordance of speci- fications and other con- tracts prepared by RIDA Architecture PLLC., - 2022 Western Avenue, Albany, New York 12203, Tel: (518) 713-4537. Contract documents may be obtained at the office of the Executive Director at the Sara- toga Springs Hous- ing Authority, 1 South Federal Street. Sara- toga Springs, New York 12866 Tel: (518)584- 6600, upon payment of a $50.00 refundable deposit.
