LEGAL NOTICE Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Marbletown is accepting bids from qualified con- tractors for the interior demolition of the Com- munity Center located at 3564 Main St. Stone Ridge, NY 12484. The work in- cludes 3 cabi- removal of wall board, insulation, nets, electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, and trim as necessary to expose stud bays/sill plates for further inves- tigation, flooring is to remain in place. Contract plan sheet in sections 6 de- picts the work to be completed. The project is paid for by municipal funding, hence prevailing wage rates apply. The bid package will be available on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Town Clerk's Office lo- cated at 1925 Lucas Ave. Bids shall be accepted until 1:00 PM on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at which time they will be opened and read aloud by the Town En- gineer and Town Clerk. The Town Town Board Board will consider the bids and the matter of awarding the contract by March 26, 2026. The project shall be completed no later than May 15, 2026.
