LEGAL NOTICE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA COUNTY OF CARTERET IN THE GENERAL COURT OF JUSTICE SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS FILE NO: 25SP001170-150 IN THE MATTER OF: J.P.C., a minor juvenile NOTICE OF SERVICE OF PROCESS BY PUBLICATION TO: ANY KNOWN AND UNKNOWN FATHER of a male child born on or about the 24th day of February, 2016, in Suffolk County, New York. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Petition to terminate the parental rights of the Unknown Father of the minor child, J.P.C., was filed on November 14, 2025, in the Carteret County, Special Proceedings Office in Beaufort, North Carolina. YOU ARE REQUIRED to make defense to this petition not later than thirty (30) days after the date of first publication, which date is May 9, 2026.
