Bids for sewer system rehabilitation project due March 19, 2026.

VILLAGE OF ENDICOTT BROOME COUNTY, NEW YORK SEWER SYSTEM REHABILITATION – METER AREA 4 AND 7-3 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the Sewer System Rehabilitation Project will be received by Philip Grayson, Chief Operator at the Village of Endicott Municipal Building, 1009 East Main Street, Endicott New York 13760 until 11:00 AM local time on March 19, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following work: Sewer cleaning, inspection, rehabilitation, and replacement services for stormwater and sanitary sewer mains, sewer service connections, and manholes and catch basins in the Owner’s service area. Rehabilitation includes, cured-in-place pipe lining, testing and sealing of service connections and joints, rehabilitation of manholes and catch basins, cementitious lining of manholes, excavation pipeline point repairs, full sewer replacement, raising manholes to grade, and other miscellaneous rehabilitation work. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Sewer System Rehabilitation – Meter Area 4 and 7-3/30282028 Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Copies of Contract Documents are available in electronic format at no charge and are available upon request from the Village at PGRAYSON@ENDICOTTNY.COM. Bidding Documents may also be examined at the Village of Endicott Municipal Building, 1009 East Main Street, Endicott, New York 13760. A pre-bid conference for the project will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time, at the Council Board Room in the Endicott Municipal Building at 1009 E. Main St., Endicott, New York 13760. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Laws, regulations and outside funding requirements, if any, will be referenced in the Instructions to Bidders (ITB) and the text of each will be attached to Section 00 73 73 which will be a Contract Document. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the ITB that are included in the Bidding Documents.
