NOTICE OF ACTION TO : ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES, who may claim as surviving spouse, personal representatives, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants, by, through, under or against, Defendants ROBERT ESSEX, SHARON BELLER and ADAM ZDUNIAK, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the property herein described: YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed seeking a partition of property with Case No. 2025 13868 CICI, in the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Volusia County, Florida on the following property in Volusia County, Florida: Lots 17 and 18, Block 6, Highland Park Subdivision, According to the Map or Plat Thereof, Recorded in Map Book 10, Page(s) 64, of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida commonly known as 1402 Old Kings Rd., Daytona Beach, FL 32117 and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Sydney V.
