YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to answer the Complaint in the above action and to serve a copy of your Answer on the Plaintiff's attorney within twenty (20) days after the service of this Summons, exclusive of the day of service, or within (30) days after completion of service where service is made in any other manner than by personal delivery within the State. The United States of America, if designated as a Defendant in this action, may answer or appear within sixty (60) days of service hereof. In case of your failure to appear or answer, judgment will be taken against you by default for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

Wayne County is designated as the place of trial. The basis of venue is the location of the mortgaged premises.

NOTICE: YOU MAY BE IN DANGER OF LOSING YOUR HOME

If you do not respond to this Summons and Complaint by serving a copy of the Answer on the attorney for the mortgage company who filed this foreclosure proceeding against you and filing the Answer with the Court, a default judgment may be entered and you can lose your property. Speak to an attorney or go to the Court where your case is pending for further information on how to answer the Summons and protect your property. Sending a payment to your mortgage company will not stop this foreclosure action.

NATURE AND OBJECT OF ACTION: The object of the above action is to foreclose a mortgage held by Plaintiff bearing the date the 7th day of July 2021, executed by Alice W. VanderLyke (now deceased) to Reliant Community Federal Credit Union to secure the sum of $104,200.00, and recorded in Instrument number R92324118 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Wayne on the 8 th day of July 2021. TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS, The plaintiff makes no personal claim against you in this action except for Alice W. VanderLyke . The foregoing Summons is served upon you by publication pursuant to an Order of the Hon. Arthur B. Williams, a Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, dated ________, 2025 and filed along with the supporting papers in the Wayne County Clerk's Office. This is an action to foreclose a mortgage. The premises are described as follows:

All THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in the Town of Sodus, County of Wayne and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Being part of Lot No. 10, Section 1, Township 14, in the First Range of Townships in the said Town of Sodus and being more fully described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the center line of the VanLare Road and the North Centenary Road; Thence southerly along the center line of said North Centenary Road, 464.95 feet to a point; Thence westerly on an included angle of 89° 29' along the north line of a lot occupied by Everett White, 530 feet to a point; Thence northerly on an included angle of 90° 28' 464.95 feet more or less to the center line of the VanLare Road; Thence easterly along the center line of the VanLare Road to the place of beginning.
