The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below dated September 24, 2015, executed by Daniel Keith Davis AKA Daniel K Davis (who died on January 12, 2021, a resident of the county of Cayuga, State of New York) to secure the sum of $70,490.00. The Mortgage was recorded at Book 3363, Page 306 in the Office of the Cayuga County Clerk on September 29, 2015. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed January 24, 2022 and recorded on January 24, 2022, in the Office of the Cayuga County Clerk at Book 4173, Page 68.
