TOWN OF LEDYARD ZBA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a public hearing will be held at the Ledyard Town Hall, 1099 Poplar Ridge Road, Aurora, NY 13026 on THURSDAY, February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM for the purpose of hearing all parties and taking proof to why the Ledyard Zoning Board of Appeals should or should not grant an Area Variance for the following application # ZBA2026-001 | Tax Map Id # 170.02-1-48, property located at 475 Levanna Rd., Aurora. Applicants, Rebecca Busch & Leo Giannini are requesting an Area Variance to expand existing structure to the south by 3ft. Property as it is presently is Non-conforming to the required Road Line setback of 50ft, as structure was constructed long before existence of Zoning Code requirement. Structure presently sits 28ft back from road-line and the proposal is to extend toward the road 3 ft, so the setback would be 25ft. Article II section 1,D,3.
