Legal Notices NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Dunkirk will be held, February 18, 2026 at 4:30 pm at the Dunkirk Town Hall, 4737 Willow Rd. to consider the following applications: In the matter of the application of Kevin Muldowney for the property located at 3817 Lakeshore Dr. East for an Area Variance for replacement signage. This is in violation of Section 121 Article 4 Zoning District Sign Restrictions in M Zone Article b i. The overall height of freestanding signs, inclusive of any base or base structure, shall not exceed eight (8) feet above the ground. Article c. A maximum of two (2) signs on each lot identifying the name of the company and product or services rendered shall be allowed. These signs shall not exceed a surface area of one hundred (100) square feet in each sign and shall be located only on the face of the building or free-standing, within fifteen (15) feet of the ground level at the location of the sign.
