1. Request from Revitalize Dunkirk to hold their 4th annual Cleanup in Conjunction with National Fuel's Day of Doing on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM, with a rain date of Thursday, April 23, 2026.

2. Request from Revitalize Dunkirk to once again provide their Hydration Station for Dunkirk's Annual Memorial Day Parade.

3. Request from Iglesia Getsemani to use Memorial Park for an evangelistic service on Saturday, August 8, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, also requesting use of the city stage and that all fees be waived.

4. Request from Brian Meyer to operate the Dunkirk Flea Market in the parking lot on the corner of Washington Avenue and Lakeshore Drive East every Saturday from May 2, 2026 to September 5, 2026 from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, also requesting a porta potty, trash can, and 12 traffic cones for the season as well as permission to place the Flea market sign at the location.

5. Request from The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to host their Chautauqua County Great Strides Walk at the Lower Pavilion in Point Gratiot on Saturday, June 13, 2026, requesting standard pavilion rental fees be waived as well as police escort if possible.

6. Notice of Claim from Joelle Dempsey for alleged damages caused to their vehicle by a city tree.

7. Loudspeaker permit request from Northern Chautauqua Conservation Club for Live Bands, Speakers, and Radio from May 20, 2026 through October 1, 2026.
