Legal Notices ROAD POSTING IN THE TOWN OF NORTH HARMONY TAKE NOTICE THAT ALL TOWN ROADS OF THE TOWN OF NORTH HARMONY ARE POSTED FOR LIMITED WEIGHTS, PURSUANT TO SECTION 1660, PARAGRAPH 11 OF THE VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC LAW TO EXCLUDE ANY VEHICLE IN EXCESS OF 8 (EIGHT) TONS. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT SUCH EXCLUSION SHALL TAKE EFFECT WHEN SIGNS ARE PROPERLY ERECTED AND SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL SUCH SIGNS ARE REMOVED BY THE NORTH HARMONY HIGHWAY DEPT.
