Legal Notices PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that all town highways in the Town of Charlotte are posted for a limited weight pursuant to Section 1660, Paragraph 11 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, to exclude any vehicle in excess of 6 Tons Gross Weight.
