Notice Concerning the Examination of Assessment Inventory & Valuation Data

(Pursuant to Section 501 of NYS Real Property Tax Law)




Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data is available for examination and review. This data is the information which will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel on the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Randolph, which will be filed on or before May 1, 2026.




The information may be reviewed by appointment, at the County Assessor’s main office, 207 Rock City Street, Little Valley, NY (former Little Valley School) on Wednesday March 11, 2026 and Wednesday March 18, 2026 between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.
