Legal Notices TOWN OF NORTH COLLINS The Town of North Collins hereby requests sealed bids for the purchase of MOTOR FUELS AND RELATED SERVICES FOR ONE-YEAR PERIOD APRIL 1, 2026 TO MARCH 31, 2027 Specifications for such item may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 10569 Main Street, P.O. Box 2, North Collins, NY 14111. Such sealed bids shall be submitted to the Town Clerk where they will be accepted until 4:00PM on March 9, 2026. Bids should be clearly marked "FUEL BID" on the outside of the envelope. Bids will be publicly opened and read by the North Collins Town Board at 6:30PM on Monday, March 9, 2026, in the North Collins Town Hall, 10569 Main Street, North Collins, NY. Each bid must contain a non-collusive certification as required by law. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
