Legal Notices The Board of Education of the Gowanda Central School District hereby requests the submission of proposals for the Universal Pre-K Program from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 for the following: Universal Pre-K Program for 2026-27 school year for Gowanda Central School District as outlined in the RFP package. Proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M. (local time) on the 27th day of February 2026, in the District Business Office, 10674 Prospect Street, Gowanda, New York 14070, at this time all RFP’s will be publicly opened. Prior to submitting the RFP, a RFP Package must be obtained in person at the District Business Office, or by calling 716-532-3325, extension 6310, and requesting a copy by mail, or by visiting the District's website at http://www.gowcsd.org, with receipt acknowledged in writing by each prospective CBO regardless of how obtained, as a mandatory condition to the District accepting RFP.
