Legal Notices Request for Proposals Grant Administrative Services New York Main Street (NYMS-TABR) The Town of Hanover has been awarded a NYMS-TABR grant of $497,751 from the NYS Housing and Community Renewal to fund needed repairs and improvements to commercial properties in the Main Street Target Area located in the Hamlet of Forestville. The project's scope will include interior and exterior renovations consistent with Hamlet of Forestville Design Guidelines and NYMS-TABR criteria to be completed in a two-year grant period that ends December 31, 2027. Grant administrative services are being sought to perform the following tasks: ▪ Execution of the NYMS administrative plan for the program ▪ Assisting selection committee ▪ Preparation of required forms and contract documents ▪ Monitoring and supervision of the NYMS program ▪ Scheduling of activities and project tasks ▪Compliance with environmental and historic preservation requirements ▪ Compliance with other NYMS regulations ▪ Fiscal monitoring ▪ Coordination with field representatives of the New York State Office of Housing & Community Renewal ▪ Closeout meeting and paperwork If you are interested in providing the grant administrative services specified above, please provide: ▪ Brief history of the firm and office location, number of years the company has been providing grant administration services and similar experiences successfully managing NY Main Street grants. ▪ Resumes of key personnel that will be working on the project, their NY Main Street grant experience and experience with building renovations. ▪ Three client references: names & contact for projects currently in progress or recently completed (past 5 years). ▪ Statement of familiarly with the rules, regulations and requirements of the NYMS Program. This may be a factor in making the final selection for grant administrator. NYMS funds awarded for administrative expenses shall not exceed $30,000. The Town of Hanover is not obligated to select the organization with the lowest price proposal. The Town of Hanover will make its selection based on the following criteria: ▪Successful experience (past performance, on schedule and on budget) ▪ Extent of experience of project manager ▪ Technical capability of the firm ▪ Client References and Cost Please submit your proposal via email to elizabethvancheri@hanoverny.com no later than Monday, March 2, 2026, at 5 pm.
