NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BIG FLATS PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Big Flats Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the Big Flats Town Hall, Meeting Room, 476 Maple Street, Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at the time specified or as soon thereafter as practical: 7:00 p.m. – Weaver Variance 190 Davenport Rd Tax Parcel #66.01-2-20 Applicant requests relief for approximately 12’of encroachment into the front yard setback.
