COLUMBIA COUNTY NOTICE OF MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Livingston Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to the Town of Livingston Zoning Code on Wednesday, March 04, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Livingston Town Hall, 119 County Route 19, Livingston, NY 12541, concerning a Special Use Permit for an ice cream stand and farmers market at 669 CR-2 Elizaville, 201.-1-32.100.. All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard at the public hearing on March 04, 2026. Additional information regarding the applications can be obtained by contacting the Secretary for the Planning Board. By Order of the Board.
