COLUMBIA COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE Please Take Notice The Greenport Town Planning Board will be holding a public hearing on the application of the Greenport Land Partner, LLC for a Site Plan Review to establish a multi-use retail structure in ALDI Plaza located at 149 Fairview Avenue, Hudson, N. Y. (tax parcel #110.6-3-10.3) Said public hearing will be held on February 24, 2026 at 7:35 p.m. in the Town Offices located at 600 town Hall Drive, Hudson, NY.
