COLUMBIA COUNTY NOTICE OF FORMATION OF A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY Notice of Formation of Limited Liability Company Articles of Organization of Atwood Law, PLLC (hereinafter the Company) were filed with the Secretary of State of New York on June 21, 2021. The office of the Company is located in Columbia County, New York. The Company has designated the Secretary of State of New York as its agent upon which process against it may be served.
