COLUMBIA COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE Town of Kinderhook Planning Board PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Kinderhook Planning Board will hold Public Hearing(s) pursuant to Article VII, Chapter 250-50, of the Code of the Town of Kinderhook on the following application(s): (1) 7:03 pm – Blue Spruce Apartments, LLC - Site Plan Review to convert existing motel into residential units at 3083 and 3093 US Route 9, Kinderhook, tax parcel ID: 23.-1-36 and 37. Said Hearing(s) to be held on the 19th day of February, 2026, at the Kinderhook Town Hall, 3211 Church Street, Valatie, NY, at which time all interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
