TOWN OF CORTLANDVILLE LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Cortlandville will be held, February 24, 2026, at 5:15p.m. at the Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building, 3577 Terrace Road, to consider the following applications pursuant to the 1986 Zoning Law: 1. In the matter of the application of Gina Sikora, 3090 Clute Rd., tax map#107.00-02-06.000, for an Area Variance per Section 178-12D, 13A, to allow for a front yard less than allowed and a home occupation in an accessory structure with an area greater than 200 square feet. 2. In the matter of the application of 138 Central LLC, 1342 Fisher Ave., tax map# 76.19-01-23.000, for an Area Variance per Section 178-76A(5), to allow for less commercial space than required. The above applications are on our website at www.cortlandville.gov , at the office of Bruce A. Weber, Planning & Zoning Officer, or call (607)423-7490.
