VILLAGE OF GROTON ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID INVITATION FOR BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for a Municipal Police Station Project for the Village of Groton will be received at the address listed below until 10:30 a.m. local time on March 30, 2026 , at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Offers submitted after the above time will be returned to the Bidder unopened. The selected Bidder and Award of Contract shall not be determined or announced at the Bid Opening. Individual Bids will be received for: a. General Construction Work & Site Plan b. Plumbing Work c. Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Work d. Electrical Work All Bids on Standard Bid Form signed and under seal, executed, and dated will be received at the office of the Owner: Village of Groton Re: [contractor's Name] Proposal for Municipal Police Station Project Attention: Nancy Niswender 308 Main Street P.O. Box 100 Groton, New York 13073 No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the bid opening date without the consent of the Village.
