LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF HYDE PARK PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town Board of the Town of Hyde Park does hereby set the 24th day of February, 2026 at 5:00p.m. at the Town of Hyde Park Town Hall, 4383 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park, NYas and for the date, time, and place of a public hearing, to solicit public input from the community regarding the Town's application to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program FY26 to Dutchess County, for the installation of a new pickleball court and the restoration of existing pickleball courts at Dinsmore Park, along with the creation of an ADA-compliant pathway to the picnic area. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the programmatic overview for the CDBG program is as follows: "Funded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program's intent is to develop viable, more resilient communities by providing decent housing and a suitable living environment and by expanding economic opportunities, principally for low-and moderate-income people and communities.
