Beekman Fire District NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Beekman Fire District in the Town of Beekman, Dutchess County, New York, has, on the 11th day of February, 2026, duly adopted the resolution attached hereto and published herewith, subject to a permissive referendum. Dated: Poughquag, New York February 11, 2026 Debra Kunzelman, Secretary, Beekman Fire District Resolution Authorizing Expenditure from Capital Equipment Reserve Fund Resolved, that pursuant to Section 6-g of the General Municipal Law, there is hereby appropriated from the Capital Equipment Reserve Fund of the Beekman Fire District in the Town of Beekman, Dutchess County, New York, an additional sum of not to exceed $6,000.00 to finance, pay for, and be applied toward the continuing purchase of items needed for Technology Upgrade.
